I am happy to offer services to self-pay clients. I can provide you with a receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.

Out-of-network/self-pay rates are as follows:
Initial intake (60 minutes): $250
30 minute follow-up: $150
50 minute follow-up: $200
For clients using in-network insurance, cost of services may vary depending on appointment length and individual plan coverage. My billing platform will provide you with an estimated cost of services within 36 hours of scheduling your initial appointment.

Fees, payment, and insurance claims are handled through one of my external billing platforms.
Please note that clients are required to provide a credit or debit card on file. All payment information is securely stored and used only to facilitate payment after your appointment or in case of a late cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hour notice to be free of charge.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the start time, or miss your appointment entirely (no-show), you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $100.

New clients can request an initial appointment directly online through my secure patient portal. Click here to be redirected.
Within 24 of requesting your appointment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to upload your insurance information for eligibility and cost verification.
Please note- new client appointments MUST be made at least 72 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for an insurance eligibility check, after which the client will be notified of their coverage and confirmed for their scheduled time.

The focus for an initial appointment will be on identifying your mental health concerns and creating a personalized treatment plan. This involves gathering information about your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and overall functioning using a structured interview and diagnostic measures. Depending on the client, a follow-up intake may be recommended.
